Mike is currently a Program Manager at the Center for Design and Manufacturing Excellence.  He will be supporting the MEP program as a program manager for client engagements. Michael has an extensive background in international and domestic logistics planning and problem solving. His past experiences include serving as an Operations Manager at Roadway Express, Schneider, BNSF Logistics, Joe Knows Energy, and Benton-Georgia, LLC. He also started and operated a 3PL Logistics company where he served as the President of Francis Express. Michael specializes in customs procedures that reduce lead times and bottlenecks on domestic and international freight and other logistical operations. Additionally, Michael has experience helping companies achieve various ISO certifications. Having served in multiple Operations Manager roles, he has extensive knowledge of domestic and international supply chain operations. As a program manager at CDME, Mike is currently developing commercial opportunities for multiple Ohio State technologies. With over two decades of industry experience, he has extensive experience managing Federal and State Government procurement processes. Michael has a B.S. from The Ohio State University.
