TeraProbes, Inc. Expands to Japanese Market

Client TeraProbes, Inc. has recently teamed up with AmTechs Corporation to create innovative non-contact probing technologies that will be used by researchers and practitioners in Japan. This announcement comes on the heels of their entrance into the European market, specifically France. 

TeraProbes, Inc. is a Columbus, Ohio-based manufacturer who creates innovative, non-contact and fully-automated metrology systems for on-wafer devices and IC characterization, covering 30GHz-1.1THz and beyond.
