Collaborative technology development and new product commercialization is meaningless without a trained and educated workforce.
CDME's workforce development programs help organizations grow a new workforce through student engagement. Students are a cornerstone to CDME and participate on projects alongside the center's experienced engineering staff. Members can influence the hiring of students and have first access to them upon graduation. Learn more about our student program here.
Developing your existing workforce can overcome skills gap in your organization. CDME can structure continuing education modules for the incumbent workforce through customized lectures, workshops, or training courses. Small, medium, or large enterprises will be able to take manufacturing skills training offered in Ohio State.
